Payment
For online orders, your payment will be charged to your credit card upon checkout. In case of order cancellation due to stock issues or customer request, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Delivery
We aim to ship all in-stock items on the same day. For made-to-order or backorder products, the shipping time is up to 3 business days, as stated on the product page. In case of any expected delays, you will be notified promptly.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate address where someone will be available during the day to receive the package.
All orders are shipped from our Istanbul-based warehouse via Aras Kargo. Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Currently, we only ship within Turkey.

💳 Payment Tracking
If any issue occurs during the payment process, you will be notified immediately on the checkout page.
In case of incorrect delivery information or address issues, we will reach out to the customer directly to resolve the issue.
A confirmation email will be sent automatically after a successful order placement. Please ensure your email address is correct.
We are responsible not only to our customers but also to our payment provider regarding the accuracy and completion of transactions.
⚠️ Please Note
If you believe the package is damaged during shipment, please inspect it in front of the delivery personnel before accepting.
If any damage is detected, do not accept the package, and request a damage report (tutanak) from the courier.
Once a product is accepted, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its responsibility.
If the item is damaged:
Please email a copy of the damage report to blissaltdco@gmail.com as soon as possible.
